Smart teleprompter

Keep your explanation on track while speaking at your own pace. The smart teleprompter follows your voice and pauses when you do.

01Prepare a spoken script

Write short sentences you would actually say. Put one idea in each paragraph and rehearse product names, numbers, and technical terms out loud.

Keep instructions such as “open the menu” separate from words meant for the audience. A script that reads well silently may still be awkward while operating an app.

02Set up before the full take

Open the smart teleprompter and enter the script you plan to speak. Check the microphone you intend to use and allow microphone access if requested.

  1. Read the opening aloud using the same microphone and speaking distance as the recording.
  2. Pause, then continue, checking that the text follows your pace.
  3. Test a paragraph with a product name or unusual term.
  4. Make a short recording and check that the prompt is not visible in the captured area.

03Leave room for the action

Use a rhythm of explain, act, and show the result. Pause while opening a menu or waiting for the app to respond; the viewer needs time to understand the screen as well as your voice.

If you lose your place, stop and resume from a clear sentence. Review the take afterwards instead of rushing to catch up with the script.

04If the text does not follow well

Check microphone permission, the selected input, and whether your voice is audible in a short test. Reduce competing speech or speaker playback and keep a consistent distance from the microphone.

Simplify long sentences and test difficult vocabulary. After recording, review both the narration and screen actions; the script alone does not confirm that every action was captured.

Put this into your next recording
